The mailman brought me a surprise this week--the Japanese version of DATING CAN BE MURDER!

you will need a book shelf just for the international copies. It is interesting to see the cover concept from different cultures.

Cele, I agree, the cover concepts from different cultures is really interesting. I love that they put the dog, Ali, on the cover.

Kizmom, LOL! My husband and oldest son liked her! I had to point out the T-Bird and German shepherd behind her--they didn't take their eyes off Sam long enough to see them!

LOL - what a cover! But it certainly fits the series, although I never imagined Sam's skirts being that short.

Wendy, after seeing that skirt, I'm guessing the artist was a man :-)

Wow, it is so pop culture! It is neat to see how perspective is everthing! Same story, same author, different windowpane. Either way you look it, it is all very cool!!

Pop culture is accurate! I think it looks a little bit like a fun comic strip.

Great cover, Jen! My husband likes it, too--a lot. ;-)

Congrats on sending Samantha to Japan. How cool is that?!

Hi Michele, glad your husband likes the cover! LOL!

Thanks for the congrats--I was stunned when my editor called and told me Sam was going to Japan. That was about two years ago, so she must have taken a Very Slow Boat :-)

I love the cover!!

It makes me think of the "hooker" outfit. I think that was in the second book. She was in the police station to talk with Det. Vance and they thought she was a hooker. Gabe asked if that was her Babe outfit. That was so fun to read.

Marie--you're right, that was the second book DYING TO MEET YOU. You have an excellent memory!
