Blogging on Dial-Up is Hard!

I tried last week to post some pictures from the RWA conference in Atlanta, but a combination of things made it difficult. The most frustrating is how long everything takes on dial up!

I should get high speed. Why am I doing this to myself?

I have some good news but I can't share it yet. Yes, I know that's evil!

In conference news, I had a wonderful time, learned a lot and wrote a little bit about in my Murder She Writes blog last week. You can see it there.

Then I came home to the Big News about Mel Gibson. The news is still talking about it this morning. I just can't believe that with all the Real News in the world, the media harps on a drunk movie start staying disgusting stupid things.

I'll be much better at blogging this week! And who knows, maybe I'll even be able to get the pictures up!

Have a great week everyone!

I finally gave in last year and got high speed. It's a lot better and I don't even have the fastest choice. You'll love it. Give in.

Mel Gibson is human, unfortunately for him he gets to be human in front of the entire world. I can't believe the media is still talking about it either.

You'll like the high speed Jen, I went DSL and now I won't go back. Enjoyed the MSW blog this morning. Much more interesting than Mel.

Ktzmom, I need to get high speed, but I'm so busy with deadlines etc. I just don't want to take ht etime to hassle with it.

Cele, I know! I have to get high speed...someday. Thanks regarding my MSW blog. Since Jake covered a lot of information last week, I'm sure a lot of people are done with the subject, but I wanted to help her get as much feedback as possible.

I think you should get high speed so I won't feel guilty anymore for sending you a file or photo that takes 20 minutes for you to download with dial-up. LOL! Yes, that's very selfish of me, I know. But I do feel guilty!

After my husband and I finally broke down and got high speed, we couldn't believe that we suffered through dial-up for as long as we did. It has been a godsend, especially now that I need Orange Blossom contributors to send me hi-res photos and such. I can't imagine being able to do that with dial-up.

Can't wait to see your photos!

Michele, you shouldn't feel guilty, I'm the idiot who doesn't have high speed--not your fault!

It was taking FOREVER to load the pictures to my website, which I have to do to get them up on this blog I think the pics are just too big anyway. I'm so stressed on deadlines that I get frustrated and stop. When I get a chance, I see if I can do it.
