SLACKER!
That would be me. I'm a blog slacker! I think of things to blog about while I'm doing stuff away from the computer, then when I go online, I get distracted. By everything. E-mail, news, gossips, pictures...I'm like a two-year-old these days.
So let's catch up.
I saw the movie GEORGIA RULES this weekend. I really liked it. It makes me double sad and furious to see what Lindsay Lohan's self destructive behavior. I know a couple parents I want to slap...just saying....
And speaking of people who piss me off, anyone see this story ? This guy has a dangerous and often deadly form of Tuberculosis. He was warned not to travel and expose people BUT HE DID IT ANYWAY! Many years ago I worked in health accounting for the County of Orange--basically I handled the TB Clinic billings. I know how contagious and dangerous TB can be. This kind of blatant disregard for public health by this man ticks me off. But his antics earned him forced quarantine. He gets no sympathy from me.
Last night, my family went out to dinner to celebrate one of my sons 21st birthday. I laughed so hard my face hurt when I got home. It made the years of no sleep and endless runny noses worth it!
How's everything going for you all?

The story of the TB guy reminded me of the stories you use to hear about HIV and cruise ships. Except this one was real. Terrifing and sad.
I blogged bears this morning.
He should pay for any person who has to be checked that is not covered by their insurance.
I saw Shrek the Third this past weekend..it was good, the second Shrek was better.
Things are going good except for this eye-twitch/eye fatigue thing.
Cele, that's a great bear story! For the rest of you--go read the story here http://ohjoyitsme.blogspot.com/
You don't want to miss it!
Dru, that's a great idea to make him pay :-)
I have got to see Shrek! I've missed out. Even my adult see loves it.
I hope your eye twitch improves. Get some rest!
Hey, Blog Slacker!! We missed you!
The TB guy should be in a JAIL quarantine!! Jeeezzzz.....
I just finished a book, so I'm reading.....ahhhh
I'm having a hard time with this story, thre is negelgence all around. He says he was continually told he wasn't contagious. I do blame him for not wearing a mask. I will wait to pass judgement until more facts come out SORTED.
Late comment incoming . . .
I tried to see Georgia Rules but there aren't a whole lot of showings for it out here and I coudln't get there in time so I saw Waitress instead. Cute.
Saw Shrek the Third, not impressed.
I thought all forms of TB were contagious. Is this wrong?
