Latest song downloaded: KEEP HOLDING ON by Avril Lavigne.
And seriously, don't we have to hold on for this latest ride with OJ Simpson? You know the saying, "If I wrote this and tried to sell it, all the editors would say it's too freaking unbelievable."
What do you think?
The last book I finished was Karen Rose's DIE FOR ME. Have any of you read it? I liked it, but not as much as COUNT TO TEN. The killer in DIE FOR ME was scary, cold and creepy, but the pacing of the story was slower. I loved fast paced stories--the ones where I can barely breathe. Still--Karen Rose is a wonderful writer.
Right now I'm reading Lisa Jackson's ALMOST DEAD. This one I'm having a little trouble getting into. I'm not sure what I think yet, but I will keep reading.
What are you all reading?

I like Avril, but some of the new English chicks coming out have some interesting sounds. Colbie Calliat, Corrine Bailey Rae, and Chrisette Michele - interesting fold twist.
So Matchbox Twenty is coming out with a greatest hits effort in October. I so want it.
Cele, I've heard Calliat--she has that song out Bubbly--I think that's her. I'll check out the other two. Thanks!
I'm reading a biography of my favorite mathematician, Paul Erdos, called The Man Who Loved Only Numbers. (I know . . . YAWN . . . but I love it and laugh out loud at his proofs and how he solved them.)
And OJ? Insane. Once a thug, always a thug.
E
Erica, I bet the biography is interesting! A good friend of mine has a masters degree in math and I don't hold that against her :-)
So true about OJ!
