Chatting and A Favor
I've been absent from my blog. Sorry! But I'm posting this sweet pic to make up for it!Ironically, when I launch the new blog in January, I've committed to posting five days a week for the first five weeks up to the launch of BLOOD MAGIC. But I think it's going to be a lot of fun.
I do have a favor to ask: I'm collecting witch jokes for my new blog, if you have any, please, PLEASE send them to me at Jenapodaca@aol.com I'd really appreciate it!
In other news, I'm starting the next book in the series, and the characters are being stubborn from page one. Nothing new about that. I'm also getting ready for the Romance Writers of America Conference in San Francisco next week. I suspect I am going to be under dressed, meaning that I won't be as polished and nice looking as I'm imagining everyone else will be. Sigh.
For any of you who are going to the conference, I will signing at the RWA Literacy Signing on Wednesday July 30th, so stop by and say hello if you're there. Pick up one of the post cards I had made up for BLOOD MAGIC!

Hey, I'll be sure to stop by and say hello during the Literacy Signing! LOL
And stop fretting about your clothes! You're gorgeous. Always. Seriously. :-)
That is a sweet pic...
Aww thanks Michele, but you'd understand if you saw my roommate, she's smart, talented, pretty and always perfectly put together AND she makes it all look easy!
Oh, you always look FABULOUS!!! I'll stop by to mock you--er, say hello! Then on to a certain party!
Please, come by and mock me! I look forward to it!
And heck yeah, once the duty is done, it's time to party! Any bets on how much trouble I can get into on my first night in SF????
I so wanted to go with Natalie this year to Nationals, but poor me, my daughter chose that weekend to get married. soon, very soon.
Wear the red dress, they will all be jealous.
Cele, I wish you were going! Natalie hasn't even told me she's going. Hmm.
I don't think I'm taking that red dress. The thing about that dress is that everyone remembers it for some reason. I'm just going to be low key this year :-)
Congratulations on your daughters upcoming wedding!
Why do they remember the dress? Because you made it look knock out gorgous.
I don't think Natalie is going, we were suppose to, but life dealt lemons instead of calendar space and dollars.
Bummer Cele, it would have been awesome if you and Natalie went to conference.
Nah, the "dress" is really just a myth created to torment me with embarrassment. I'm leaving the dress home!
